2 - 12 The Armory

When I think about it....that position that the clock keeps locking at seems to be special. It seems like in order to move on, we need to grab the orb from the clock tower progress, then we have to fight the monster waiting on the other side of the portal in the locked area....hm.
I decided to put my theory to the test. What would be waiting on the other side of the portal this time? Something much more worse, that's probably for sure.

After setting the Dial to 2 - 12, I activate the portal and I'm whisked away to an unfamiliar location.
The portal settles down and I'm in a huge room with all sorts of weaponry lining the walls. There are various shields and swords decorating the walls, along with several other types of axes, polearms....gu...guns.... and even armor. Definitely an armory of some sort. I try to see if I can take any of the weapons off the wall, but it seems like they're all welded to the wall. That just sucks, really. These blades look really well crafted.

Suddenly, I hear a crawling noise...

...what...what is that?

I look around the room, wondering where the noise is coming from. The ground...? No. Behind me...? No. Then I realize, looking up, that there's a huge upset clinging to the ceiling by several hooks. It suddenly drops down and lets out a huge roar, sending me flying towards the portal. The monster appears to be a two legged horror with several sickle-blades protruding from its back. It's arms are 2 long scythes that seem sharp enough to cut concrete in half. The body is plated with a jagged purple pattern, and the head looks like a skull with the ever-so-familiar face that all upsets carry.

It takes a swing at me and I run for the portal, avoiding getting nicked by the blades! Close...

The following RP is a BOSS FIGHT

Boss fights use a few different mechanics!

When it is the boss's turn next, you must roll the "Advanced Enemy Atk" IN ADDITION to the "Target Party of X" Die. If you roll the modifier for your post, click on the "+" box after the box that says "Dice rolls". This will allow you to roll an extra dice.

The "Advanced Enemy Atk" dice works like this: It is a die numbered 1 - 6. Each number represents a different attack from the monsters stated move list.

The monster's move list will vary in different attacks. Some attacks may hit the whole party, while others hit only one. The move list is stated on the post that shows the monster's stats.

Heres how the whole process works in a typical situation:

1. Person one attacks
-Roll Attack Modifier
-Roll Advanced enemy attack
-Rolls Target Party of 6 (Or however many members are in your party)

2. The next person goes after the boss. If they were hit, they show their HP or the HP of whoever was the target of the previous attack. Additionally, if the boss used an attack against the WHOLE party, this person shows the party's HP after the damage.


PAY ATTENTION TO POSTS BEFORE YOU SO YOU KNOW WHICH ATTACKS ARE DAMAGING YOU TOO!

A party must be formed before doing this battle.

Post with a character remark to be added to the party list.
If you are not here when your turn is up and a certain time has passed, your turn will be skipped.
A lack of posting may result in exclusion from stat bonuses and prizes.

In order to get minimum stat bonuses, you must use something multiple, unless you specialize in training of a said skill.
