2 - 1 Miner's Misfortune

THIS FLOOR HAS A SPECIAL CONDITION; READ BOTTOM OF DESCRIPTION

Black soot covered the entire floor of this large area, and the smell of sulfur cloaked the air. If someone were to stay here too long, they might feel sick... In all directions, black, dead trees scarcely scattered the land. The rock underneath your feet is heated, and feels like it only just recently formed; the land is jagged, and uneven. The blue sky is covered in a blanket of black, and visibility is low. Straight ahead of the portal is the base of a medium-sized volcano, with smoke billowing out of its peak. It looks active... To the left of the portal, there are large, shiny rocks jutting out of the ground; behind the portal, there are pieces of the land missing, seeming to have been ripped out, exposing the Earth underneath.
This place was a miner's dream.

This area is on a time-limit; The volcano erupts every 25 posts, and ten minutes must be waited inbetween the 25th post and next venture into the area.
This count excludes battle posts.

Kimiko jumps out of the portal and coughs from the air, looking around to see what's around to gather

Jenna followed Kimiko out, and then stared at her in wonder, thinking, "How'd she get in here before me? I made the floor.. ._."

She looked around, and the world matched her imagination exactly. Everything. The dead trees, the rocks to her left... Jeeze. Her mind was dark.
But there wa something else... Something... explosive that she added. The ground started rumbling, and it hit her.

"Volcano!"

She grabbed Kimiko by the collar of her shirt and pulled her back into the portal with her, right as the volcano in front of them erupted.

Arthur pops in with a Pick in hand.

Kimiko blinks a bit as she's pulled back, then reenters once the time has cleared

Arthur waves to Kimiko as he heads into the mountain and looks for a metal vein.

Jenna walked in behind the two, and laughed nervously. "Sorry, should've mentioned... That volcano kinda erupts sometimes."

she waves back and follows him in

"Well then weve got to be quick" Arthur says, and begins to mine out some metal.

Jenna nodded and smiled. "Diamonds are a girl's best friend, after all~ But I really want it to put on my ring... See, when I was alive, my husband proposed to me with a ring, but apologized countless times that there wasn't a diamond on it, like a lot of other people... He always promised to put one on it when he could afford a decent-sized diamond. I figure that I can still do it here, even though I'm kinda dead..."

Arthur nods, although looks at this Pick. "I could try to, although I don't know if this is good enough equipment to mine such out."

Jenna looked at the pick, and agreed with Arthur. "You're probably right... Diamond is really hard. I doubt this pick could actually get it out..."

Arthur sneezes. "Yes, yes it does, blegh." He says before loooking up. "The volcano is looking nasty, I guess we better come back later. We have the metal we need anyway." and with that, Arthur walks twoards the portal.
