1 - 4 A Childhood's Plains

S2 Area

When I think of home, I remember some of those wide open plains that were always behind my house. Sitting out next to my dad's forge, watching the wind blow...some days, it was pretty turbulent, but my father used to use the wind power to improve the forge work. I still remember those days when I was too young to do anything around the forge. My dad used to tell me that I could help when I was older, and while I waited for his work to be done, I would run about the fields, trying to catch butterflies and wisps. Further on back in the fields, there was a large brasswood tree with a small swing attached to it, me and my friends used to compete over who would get it. I remember the toy sword-fights that we had to try to win a turn on it...There was also a trail that led eastward to a big froggy pond. I used to challenge my dad to skip pebbles over it, but the frogs seemed to eat all the pebbles. Strange, but I never really doubted how weird it was. My childhood just seems like a distant memory now.

But here I stand, amongst a wide open plain just like how it was by my dad's forge. Its funny how these places work... I guess I'm more memorative than imaginative sometimes, huh?

It's kinda where I spent a lot of my childhood. The only thing that's not here is my dad's forge, but other than that, it's spot on.
...*sigh*.... I probably shouldn't have made this place. It's going to be ruined by the dumbass monsters that show up, yunnowhatImean?

What's the matter? Don't like cows?
Many livestock like cows can be found in open plains areas like these. You can actually take the livestock, but its only one per person for the duration of the plane's existence. This means you can't pull out anymore after you've already taken one. Also note, that if you take livestock from an area, you will be unable to gather meat or leather, so be sure to remember that.

Right then. Well, since I have the opportunity--- MEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT--!! *leaps at one of the cattle with a knife*

It's kinda quiet around here... I wonder where all the monsters are at?
Then again... I really don't want to see them here. It's not a place I'd love to fight in. I just want to sit around and feel the breeze blow by.

It was really carefree, honestly. I was a daddy's girl, always hanging around the forge and watching my dad work. Course, it ain't always been a free to pass thing. He's yelled at me a few time, like, I'm not suppose to be around the forge or I'll get hurt by sparks or something. "I ain't no baby, daddy, I'm not gonna get hurt!" S' what I said to him. Course, my hair caught on fire one time and man, I was friggen bawling like a mofo'.

*She giggles then sighs*

That was a looooooong ass time ago though. I grew up and started hanging out with friends more. I still helped my dad around the forge though, so I learned a few things.

Seems like we've had good luck lately. No monsters to be seen, and all that... I'm glad.

Yeah. Honestly, I'm not much of a fighter. I know some alchemy and magic, but I'm not sure how far that will get me. I don't really believe in fighting anyways.

Ya, I am. I can't imagine what it's like on other worlds and universes. Still, I dabbled a lot in the art of love and writing about it. Its kinda easy ta tell I'm not much of a fighter.
